Started out way too early!
Walked to Logorno left 6:30am arrived 12:20pm. Only about 13 miles/22 km. Awaiting the Albergue to open. Today was a short day and I need it! Very difficult to wake up and not know if you will have a bed. We have resigned ourselves to taking a taxi if we can't find a room. Hopefully I'll get great sleep and be refreshed as tomorrow is another 30km day. Tho is definitely a challenging journey. A different type of vacation. We are getting good tips for post camino trips and things to see in Europe! But first getting through the Camino. I have met a lot of people who have done this multiple times im not sure if I would want to do this again unless someone else was determined to go with me. It is ver helpful to have a motivator and support with you. Although everyone I very inspirational. Thank you all for the comments. I know the state here is mot very good but it does make me feel loved to hear from familiar friends.
A gorgeous church in Viana. There is a lot of graffit around mostly wishing us pilgrims a 'buen camino' or good road. This is a term of greeting along the walk.
It's amazing how beautiful the castles are in that country! It's too bad the US doesn't have beauty like that... or at least I've never seen it. On a side note, glad you got a bed! ^_^ every time you tell me what city you're in I look it up on a map to see how far you've gone! Anyway, Buen Camino!
