As day 13 ended Bastian took a group photo. This is at about 8pm from right going counter clockwise we have: The back of Lindsey's head (a bearded Aussie) his sister Soirese (sure I butchered that spelling), Kate (physician from Colorado), Sierra(Oregon), I don't know the name of the guy in the white shirt or the guy next to sierra, but the navy blue shirt guy I Salvatore ( Italian), Mitch (Idaho), Lisa (a travelling physical therapist going to California to work after the camino), I forget the other three ladies names. They are more party people than Bastian and I.
Here we have a wine pitcher with the name of our Albergue on it. A lot of places have personalized dishes. The Sokaris is a bottle of water for the table. It is odd water is in bottles wine in pitchers. Literally wine is cheaper than water here... Too bad I'm not a wine drinker.
Day 14 starting. Note my fancy head lamp.
Convent outside San Anton. It was late.
Sunrise over CastroJeriz
Landscape shots.
Wheel to pump water.
Ending the day!
I absolutely love your pictures and am so happy to see people pictures as well as landscape pictures! How amazing!
ReplyDeleteYa I thought it was time to show some faces. I keep forgetting to photograph our group. Thanks for the comment! - Shelley
