Theme week: My favorite...

Socks!
They are warm and have little tread paws on the bottom so I don't slip on the hard wood!

I was going to post pictures from Seussical the musical but sadly they disappeared off my camera.. Honestly I don't know what happened to them I was sad but my squirrel socks made me happy again!

Here she is with me :) (photo courtesy of my friend Jessica) blurry pic.. darn old camera.

Theme week: Frosty Snowington

I'm trying something new this week. Since Frosty Snowington is melting (and listing a little) I'm going to take a picture a day of him. Thus you can all watch the slow demise of Frosty. Of course it is suppose to snow this so who knows where Frosty will be by Friday!
As it is Frosty can barely stand up! Maybe it was all that beer last night, really frosty you need to cut back!

In other news the icicles around are amazing. Particularly this one that is melting into a bush!

Creation...

Today's feature photo - Frosty!

Here is the story of Frosty:
Today it snowed.
It was the perfect Snow.
Frosty was just waiting to be rolled up

His arms were just barely recognizable under all the snow.

There he stood in all his glory but something was missing.

No this doesn't seem right...

Ya there we go!

Frosty will you shovel my walk?

Snowy day with pictures

Here is the picture I choose to feature today -

However I had such a great day I'd like to take you show you through photos and blog.

Due to my procrastination this comfy chair remains on my deck instead of my basement. I think it looks quite comfy right?

I was informed that no one could make it into work so I got up and drove my all wheel drive out over the snow to save the day. I really enjoyed seeing all the trees weighed down by snow. This is over by work.

On my way home the sun was setting so I decided to take a little detour through Cox Arboretum. Everything was so white.

Even the squirrels were having a good time.

To end the day I flipped open my hot tub and warmed up! Here are the icicles hanging up from the top. I really like how the tab is embedded in the ice.

Cold and Tired

Today is the wintry mix leading to snow day. Here is my tire and hubcap before leaving work. I like how it looks like a starfish.

In other news on my ride home I passed by Joe. Hi Joe!

Struggling to wake up...

Today the sun, like myself, was having a hard time rising. Of course the cloud cover didn't help. I'm sad to say this was about the extent of sun we had today.

Melting or freezing?

Nature just can't decide. I moment it is below 30 the next it is 40 of course the running water probably doesn't help much. Today I went walking around the neighborhood slowly trying to get my strength back from the illness that just hangs on.
