Twilight

As seen in the parking lot for the local second run theater. If I had thought about and had more time to really line the shot up I would have gotten the Theater marquee in the photo showing that yes Twilight: New Moon was playing. Even better I think this car belongs to an employee as they were still there when I left 2 hours later.

Easter time!

Easter is just around the corner. Here is the set-up at the local mall. I love bunnies! But an Easter llama?

Spring snow

Yesterday I awoke to find my poor daffodils struggling to stay upright under a light sprinkling of Snow. Poor little guys just couldn't get a break this year.

First bloom!

Well first days of Spring and a daffodil decided to bloom! It is only about an inch tall but pretty nonetheless.

Memorial

Taken today. This was in a local cemetery a memorial set up. I like how the flag has been tied or snagged into the tree so it doesn't tangle. I love playing with the sun and shadows!

Sunglasses and Computers

I just happened upon this sunglass bizarre at my eye Doctors office. (yes I couldn't help but buy new sunglasses)


And I arrived home to Josh putting my new media Center PC together. Oh my it is gorgeous!!!!

So, lately I'm really remiss in photo taking. Or more so uploading in a timely manner. I'm just annoyed witht his old camera. I hope to have my new one back soon :).

Went to see Alice in Wonderland in 3-D. I didn't know the glasses were purple and green.



Afterwards went shopping at Jungle Jim's. Saw some wild Elephants stuck in the ice...

mmm Tea Pot... mmmm. I had to play a bit with the lighting and brightness after the fact but I think the contrast and shadows turned out well.

mixed drink. Mmm Margarita! Tonight was my weekly tradition of dinner with a co-worker. Tonight it was Hispanic I can rarely resist the pull of margarita!

Side note: I really hate my old camera. It has been 5 weeks since I sent the new one in and I miss it so much! This camera takes blurry night shots and always wants to force the flash even in high light situations.
